Introducing Zestra Arousal Oil
Zestra Summary Information Data Sheet (PDF)
Why did it take so long to create a product that works for women?
The sexual pleasure pathways in women are "not exactly" the same as in men. As such, substantially increasing female sexual pleasure is not as simple
as producing a rigid erection in men. Long before the launch of Viagra® for men (Pfizer), many companies have been striving to develop an effective
product for women. Zestra™ has been under active research and development since 1997. The initial consumer testing phase was accomplished over a
4-year period involving hundreds of couples & more than 200 formulation evaluations and refinements. During 2001, Zestra's FDA-quality clinical
studies were designed, managed & conducted by independent respected sexual medicine researchers who routinely conduct clinical trials for major
pharmaceutical companies in the field of male and female sexual medicine. The result is - Zestra is the first and only topical consumer product that
has achieved scientifically-validated success at increasing female sexual arousal sexual pleasure in well-controlled clinical studies.
What is Zestra?
Zestra is the women's sexual product unlike anything else before. Zestra has been under scientific development since 1997 and was specifically
designed by pharmaceutical scientists and sexual medicine experts to optimize female sexual arousal & pleasure. Only Zestra has been clinically proven
in double blind, placebo-controlled crossover clinical trials to increase female sexual pleasure
in
normal women, those with arousal difficulties,
and in women suffering sexual side effects from antidepressant medications. Simply put, there is no substitute for Zestra.
Why is Zestra an oil?
Zestra is made from all natural botanical ingredients that contain bioactive principles from scientifically-selected plants. The unique pleasure
enhancing components in Zestra are only soluble in specific botanical oils.
How is Zestra used?
Zestra was designed to be topically applied and gently massaged onto the clitoris and labia (vaginal lips) during foreplay. It is intended for use
during foreplay, vaginal sex, manual stimulation and masturbation. The effects generally begin within 3 to 5 minutes after genital application with
tender massage and its effects typically last about 45 minutes for most women. Zestra is not flavored or sweetened and therefore is not intended for
oral sex. View the Zestra Package Insert (PDF)
How do the ingredients in Zestra differ from other women's products?
The innovative science behind Zestra's formulation is the reason why Zestra is the only clinically proven women's topical product available. Zestra is
a proprietary blend of all natural bioactive ingredients (PA-free Borage seed oil, Evening
primrose oil, Angelica root extract, and Coleus
extract).
When Zestra is applied with gentle massage to the external female genitalia, it serves to increase genital sensory nerve conduction and genital blood
flow. The enhancement of female genital sensory nerve conduction by Zestra further distinguishes it from other products that simply focus on
increasing blood flow to the genitalia.
